ADIL NOWSHERWAN
Vice President of Product Development
Adil Nowsherwan is the Vice President of Product Development at USTPay, where he leads innovation and strategy across the company’s payments solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365. With more than two decades of experience in software development, product management, and vertical IP design, Adil brings a deep understanding of the Dynamics ecosystem and the needs of its partner and customer communities.
He is the founder of CognitiveCompute365 (CC365), a company that supports Microsoft partners and ISVs in building, launching, and maintaining their solutions on AppSource for Dynamics 365 Business Central. Prior to CC365, Adil founded PVBS, a Microsoft partner focused on delivering specialized ERP solutions for federal contractors, which has supported Business Central customers for over 17 years.
Adil began his career at the Aston Group, where he advanced from junior developer to Chief Technology Officer during his 10-year tenure. His career is marked by a commitment to enabling innovation across the Microsoft partner ecosystem and helping businesses achieve digital transformation through smart, scalable technology.

RICK RICKER
SVP Enterprise Solutions
Rick specializes in working with Fortune 1000 class enterprises to deliver integrated Level-3 capable merchant processing and fintech solutions.
His expertise shines in the complexity found in those organization, with multiple ERPSs including SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, large-scale e-commerce platforms, and various main-frame based legacy systems.
With a sharp focus on streamlining back-office workflows and reducing costs, Rick transforms the way organizations manage both inbound and outbound payments.
Experience
With over 25 years of experience spanning sales, operations, marketing, and finance across industries like federal government, real estate, and card processing, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge and a results-driven approach to every engagement. Rick’s experience in the payments industry spans both the issuing and merchant sides of the business.
At Beyond Payments he was B2B Product Manager, handling B2B service providers for the 400 sales agents nationwide.
A founding employee of 3Delta Systems (3DSI), Rick served as product owner for the CardVault Payment Security as a Service offering, spearheading the strategic development and management of the product and driving enterprise-level sales.
As 3DSI’s first Director of Operations, he managed customer service, partner relations, information security including PCI and overall ensured the seamless delivery of innovative B2B gateway solutions to 3DSI's partners and clients.
Prior to 3Delta’s founding, Rick served as a consultant to Citibank, helping them roll out their purchase card offering for the US Government’s SmartPay program.

MARSH McHENRY

Since joining UST in 2012, Marsh has played a pivotal role in managing clients within the ComdataDirect Network, delivering exceptional service and strategic insights.
He also collaborates with Fortune 1000 companies to optimize their use of MasterCard/Visa ePayables, helping them expand their programs while working closely with suppliers to minimize credit card acceptance costs and fees.

Nicole played a pivotal role in launching UST Education’s continuing professional education webinar series, tailored to the Association and B2B sectors. Under her leadership, the program has expanded from hosting 1-2 events per month to an impressive 3-4 events per week, reflecting her unparalleled talent for project management and go-to-market strategy execution.
